Quick Description: Dark gray tom with green eyes
Appearance:
Cedarstar is a mucular tom. Thats not to say he's bulky, or really muscular, but he is a strong cat, with clearly visible muscles. He is also somewhat agile as well. He has to be, after all, to be able to dart in and around trees in the SycamoreClan forest. His overall body size is probobly a foot and a half from nose to tail, or somewhat shorter. Cedarstar is naturally a smaller-sized cat. His paws are small as well being about the size of a five-year old's palm along; if I'm calculating right, or smaller. His tail is only about half the size of a regular cat's tail, being cut in half as an apprentice. His pelt is the color of soot; dark dark gray. He has no darker gray flecks, or any specks of white at all. His eyes are a beautiful forest-color/sea-green. He has large eyes, despite his small body; making him look like a wide-set eyes Russian Blue, although he is not. He has a few scars on his pelt as well. One if between his shoulder blades. He recieved this from a badger one time. Another is down his flank from.. he doesn't remember where this one came from. It was probobly an early apprentice accadent.Personality:
Cedarstar is a wise and noble leader. He always does what he believes is best for his Clan. Although he dislikes fighting, he is known for quick accusations and short temper. Cedarstar is a nice cat, and he's not hard to get along with once you know him. He is also a good friend and loyal to his Clanmates. Being the leader, he has to make lots of decisions; both hard and easy. He often goes to his medicine cat and deputy for advice, and speaks with StarClan every time he is completely uncertain. Hunting is his specialty; and he loves doing it. If he's not in camp, he's always hunting. Cedarstar is very defiant; he'd rather sit outside a rabbit hole all day rather than go back to camp with nothing at all; although he is sometimes forced to give up chase and head back.History:
"Your name will be Cedarkit... Cedarfur was born into SycamoreClan to his mother, Pineneedle, and his father, Oakfur. He had 3 siblings; Opalkit and Rosekit, his sisters, and Owlkit, his brother. He got into trouble as a kit with his siblings; except Rosekit, who was a goody-four-paws and didn't like to get into trouble. One night, Cedarkit, Opalkit, and Owlkit snuck out to try to hunt for the Clan. It was leaf-bare and prey was scarce, the kits thought they could help; it resulted in the death of Owlkit. The tawny brown tom got too cold; for it had snowed heavily while they were out, and died. Opalkit and Cedarkit got back to camp nearly frozen as well. Luckily, they survived and became apprentices.IC:
From this moment on, your name will be Cedarpaw! Cedarkit became Cedarpaw; recieving his mentor; Deerfur. The brown and cream she-cat taught him the warrior code, how to hunt ad fight, and taught him almost everything he knows and does. He trained with her for about 7-8 moons, and ready to become a warrior, but it was held back about a moon and a half because of an injury he recieved from a fox attack the morning of his ceremony. He stayed in the medicine cats' den until it healed, Opalpaw already becoming Opalwhisker. Cedarpaw envyed her until it was finally his turn. Rowanstar finally held his ceremony, making his Cedarfur.
Then by the powers of StarClan, I grant you your warior name.. Cedarpaw, from this day foward, you will be known as Cedarfur. Once finally a warrior, Cedarfur did his best to make up for the moons that seemed to be wasted in the medicine cats' den. He endured many battles in that time; one in which he lost Opalwhisker. It was a battle with WaterClan over the accusation of stolen prey. A big black tom accadentally killed the blue-gray she-cat, also costing his life as well somehow. Cedarfur was devastated, and regretted those times when he envyed her, and refused to hunt with her. They would have been more cherished memories to cling onto after her death. But Cedarfur, wanting to be the best SycamoreClan warrior ever, tried his best to get over it and continue being loyal. Which he did. He even recieved his first apprentice; Beechpaw. At first, training seemed difficult. The golden yellow apprentice was defiant and, dare he say it, annoying. It took him what seemed like moons to get him not to sneak eating prey while hunting. He also snuck extra fresh-kill from the pile at times too. It was no wonder when his 9 moons of training were over he was almost too fat to run swiftly. Beechpaw finally became a warrior; Beechwhisker. And Cedarfur had trained his first apprentice, however difficult it was.
Cedarfur, you will be the new deputy of SycamoreClan! Cedarfur was in the proscess of training another apprentice by the time the SycamoreClan deputy, Palmfoot died. Cedarfur never guessed he would have been chosen; after all, he had thought he had failed with training Beechwhisker after he died. Cedarfur didn't know why he felt this way, whether it was the fact that he died to young, or if it was that he had been so irritable and self-centered all the time, blaming himself for his former apprentice's attitude. Never-the-less, Cedarfur took Palmfoot's place at 39 Moons. He continued training his second apprentice; Cloudpaw. This white she-cat, however, was much easier to train. She did everything she was told to do and trained for 5 and 1/2 moons only before becoming Cloudfur.
Welcome, new leader of SycamoreClan! Ah yes, all cats must die. The greatest leader's lives will always come to an end, along with the Golden Age they lead in. However, this leader's death did not end the good times of SycamoreClan. Cedarfur took over as leader after Rowanstar died. From the very start, Cedarstar took this new duty with great pride. He did the best he could to lead his Clan, and did well. SycamoreClan has trived under his leadership, and hopefully will in the future.
The full moon shone brightly in the indigo sky, and the Stars of Silverpelt covered the blue. Soft paws raced through the forest, making light pitter patter sounds. About 9-10 cats flew through the forest, heading towards Four Rocks, the sacred gathering place where the Clans met every full moon. In the lead was a dark gray tom. His sea green eyes alight with excitement as he hurried along with his Clan behind him. He began to slowed his pace as he sighted the peaks of the four great rocks in the clearing. He let out a yowl, showing he had arrived, but when he entered the clearing it was empty. There wasn't a Clan there yet. Where was everybody? It was at this time he would have considered himself late. He jumped gracefully onto the SycamoreClan rock and sat to wait patiently for the other Clans.Password: Bluestar
