Thats kinda hard.. Real life zoo because there are real animals(Including African Wild Dogs in the zoo where I go that I havn't seen yet!!) and a real gift shop.
Mall Tycoon or the real Mall? (Definatly real mall for me. XD)

Invisibility, there are millions of times I wish I could be invisible... :/
Mall tycoon is really boring, has bad graphics(On the version I have) and you loose money too fast
